Methods of Payment
We are unable to accept personal checks, cash, or credit vouchers
online. We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa,
Mastercard, and American Express.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check
to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration
date, and that the billing name and address you entered match
your credit card statements exactly. Please refer to
your credit card company if the problem persists. Prices
shown are in U.S. dollars only. We do not ship or bill
online orders internationally, including Canada. For

Return Procedures
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, you have an un-conditional 30 days to return
or exchange merchandise. Item(s) being returned for refund
or exchange must be returned in original packaging and in original
condition, with no items missing from the package, along with
a copy of the original invoice. The customer is responsible
for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned to the National
Peanut Board and is also responsible for loss or damages to
the products during shipping. The National Peanut Board is
responsible to deliver the correct item in a working condition
to the customer. Please allow 7-10 days after delivery of your
return to our facility for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

Shipping Policy
We will ship any where in the continental U.S. To expedite
the order, always use accurate Street and/or Highway addresses
complete with house, apartment, business and/or suite numbers
(No PO Boxes, please). Be sure to double check addresses for
accuracy to avoid address correction charges and shipping delays.
All orders are processed and shipped promptly upon receipt.
When specific delivery dates are requested, we will make every
effort to meet your needs, however we cannot guarantee a specific
delivery date or time.
No Purchases by Minors
The National Peanut Board requires that all purchases be made
